Main Street Tomales is lined with Victorian buildings that house a grocery store, perfect for picking up snacks for the beach. A bakery that has breakfast pastries, artisan breads, pizza, wine as well as deli items, everything you would need for a delicious picnic.

Just down the road from the hotel is Dillion Beach, a great destination with easy beach access. If you travel south, it will bring you along the coastal highway with stops in Nicks Cove or Point Reyes National Seashore with plenty of beachfront for you to relax and enjoy.  Traveling north takes you to historic Bodega Bay with loads of restaurants and a salt water taffy shack right off the highway.
